1. Introductory provisions
a. These terms and conditions specify the relationship between us, the company GlasBau s.r.o. with headquarters in Bratislava, Banšelová 22, ZIP code 821 04, business: Gróbska cesta 41, Bernolákovo, ID number: 50915614, registered at the District Court in Bratislava I department s.r.o., file number 123111/B , as the seller and operator of the online store www.luxusnadomacnost.sk, and you, our customer, who concludes a purchase contract with us.
b. We treat our customers equally and provide them with the same benefits, whether they are consumers or not. Therefore, all our customers are subject to the rules set out in these terms and conditions.
c. These conditions are intended primarily for the purchase of goods through our online store. They can also be used appropriately for the purchase of goods through the customer line or made in one of our brick-and-mortar stores.
2. Conclusion of the purchase contract
a. You can conclude a purchase contract with us remotely via the online store or our customer line or in person at one of our stores.
b. In the case of a purchase contract concluded at a distance, the order by sending it on the website or via the customer line represents a proposal for the conclusion of the purchase contract. The order is valid for 21 days and we will confirm its receipt by e-mail or by phone. The purchase contract is then concluded upon our acceptance of the proposal in the form of dispatch of the ordered goods. We will inform you by phone about the shipment of the goods.
c. We deliver the goods only exactly as the goods are packaged by the manufacturer simplehuman.
3. Withdrawal without giving a reason
a. By law, you are entitled to withdraw from a contract concluded over the Internet or by telephone without giving a reason within 14 days of the delivery of the goods.
b. If you want to use this right, it is necessary to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within the specified period. The most suitable option is to contact us by e-mail info@luxusnadomacnost.sk or by phone. number +421 2 6285 0505.
c. If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the purchase price of the goods. We will return the said funds to you immediately, no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal. However, in accordance with the law, we can wait with the payment until you return the goods to us. For payment, we will use the same means of payment as you used to pay the purchase price, unless we agree otherwise.
d. Send the goods to the address GlasBau s.r.o., Gróbska cesta 41, 900 27 Bernolákovo, or deliver them personally to our store in Bernolákovo, without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. In this case, you pay the costs associated with returning the goods.
e. We would like to inform you that according to the law, you are responsible for the reduction of the value of the goods as a result of handling these goods in a way other than what is necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature, properties and functionality of the goods (e.g. if you use the dispenser even after you have already used it once tried). Furthermore, we warn you that you are not entitled to withdraw from the contract for goods that you have removed/opened from a closed package and that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. when opening cosmetics, soaps and other goods that come into direct contact with skin).
4. Complaint
a. If the goods have an error during delivery, we can agree on compensation in the form of a discount. Furthermore, you are entitled to request the elimination of the error through replacement delivery or repair. In the event that such removal of the error would be impossible or unreasonable for us, you are entitled to demand a discount from the purchase price, and in the case of a significant error, you can also withdraw from the purchase contract. You have these rights even if the said error becomes apparent later.
b. We are responsible for defects in the goods if they become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods or by the expiration date indicated on the packaging of the goods.
c. Goods that do not have the usual or presented properties, do not serve their purpose, do not meet the requirements of legal regulations or were not delivered in the agreed quantity are considered defective. Please note that increased sensitivity or the case of an allergic reaction to the delivered goods cannot be considered as a defect in the goods. The images of the goods in our online store are illustrative in nature and do not represent a binding representation of the properties of the goods (the packaging of the goods may, for example, differ due to a change in the packaging by the manufacturer).

Send the claimed goods to the address GlasBau sro Gróbska 41, 900 27 Bernolákovo together with a copy of the proof of purchase. You can also claim the goods in our store. We will inform you about the progress of the claim, especially about its acceptance, processing or rejection via e-mail or text messages. We can also contact you by phone.
e. We will decide on the complaint without delay. The processing of the complaint, including the removal of the error, will not take longer than 30 days. Otherwise, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. In order to comply with the stated deadline, it is essential that you provide the necessary cooperation.
5. Method of payment and delivery
a. You can choose the method of payment and delivery from the options we offer. Before sending the order, we will always notify you of the chosen method of payment and delivery and the costs associated with them.

c. We reserve the right to provide free delivery of goods in selected cases.
6. Additional information
a. We provide our customers with various discounts. Their use is governed by the rules, which we inform the customer about in each individual case. Unless otherwise stated, each discount can only be used once. Unless otherwise stated, discounts and promotions on goods cannot be combined with each other. ii. In connection with the purchase made, you may be sent an evaluation questionnaire by a third party. You can thus share your shopping experience and goods with others. We will be very happy if you fill out the questionnaire.
7. General information
a. According to the Sales Registration Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the customer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in case of technical failure within 48 hours at the latest.
b. The subject of out-of-court proceedings in the event of a dispute, or the subject for handling customer complaints, is SOI, http://www.soi.sk/sk/Alternativne-riesenie-spotrebitelskych-sporov.soi. The dispute can be resolved online.
c. The contract is concluded in the Slovak language and is governed by the legal order of the Slovak Republic. The place of fulfillment is Slovakia.
d. All prices of products and services are listed with VAT, which is valid at the time the order is sent. In the event that the VAT before the conclusion of the purchase contract, or until the goods are shipped, the customer, taking into account the selected payment method, is obliged to pay the arrears of the purchase price, or the seller will immediately send the customer a message by e-mail with a request for notification where the overpayment of the purchase price can be paid to the customer. The delivery of the goods includes a tax document. The seller can also send the tax document electronically in the order shipping e-mail. All product prices, including special offers, apply until further notice or sold out.
