COMPETITION STATUTES

" Valentine's day competition for a mirror "

(hereinafter referred to as the "Statute")

The statute regulates the conditions of participation in the competition, the method and procedure for carrying out the activities necessary for its implementation and defines the details of the rights and obligations of the participants.

  1. The Organizer of the Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer")

    Date and venue of the competition
     The competition will take place between 2/14/2020 (start date) and 2/17/2020 midnight (end date). During this period, it is possible to register for the competition on the Facebook page of the organizer called https://www.facebook.com/luxusnadomacnost/
  2. Persons authorized to participate in the competition
     The participant of the competition can be an adult aged 18 years or older, of Slovak nationality and a permanent resident of the territory of the Slovak Republic, further "Competitors" Employees of GlasBau, s.r.o. and their family members cannot participate in the competition.
  3. Conditions of participation in the competition
     In order to participate in the competition, it is required that the Contestant fulfills one competition condition, i.e. answer in the comment under the competition to the question: "What color mirror do you want to win?" The comment is automatically included in the draw. A competitor can participate with his comment only once.
  4. A win
     The prize in the competition is a pocket mirror brand simplehuman worth 99.99 EUR without VAT.
  5. Determination of the winner and notification of the win
     After the deadline for registering for the competition, the winner will be drawn on February 18 from among the validly registered participants, by randomly selecting one comment from the participants. The draw will be made by the Organizer without the presence of the public. The announcement of the winner of the competition will be published on Facebook under the winner's competition comment. We will also contact the winner via a personal message on Facebook, to which the winner must respond within 48 hours. In the event that the winner does not respond to the prize within 48 hours, the organizer reserves the right to conduct a new draw in order to transfer the prize to the next winner.
  6. Method of delivery of the prize
     The winner and the Organizer will agree on the method of handing over the prize. The winner is obliged to provide the organizer of the Competition with the necessary cooperation for the purpose of handing over his prize. When contacting the winner, the organizer is entitled to request from the winner of the Competition consent to the processing of his personal data in the scope of name, email, telephone number, address for the purpose of publication, as well as handing over and delivery of the prize. The prize will be sent by mail to the winner at the Organizer's expense.
  7. Privacy
     By responding to the contest post on the Organizer's Facebook page, the Contestant grants the Organizer as the operator in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Protection of Personal Data") and at the same time Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to "Regulation") consent to the processing of personal data in the scope of first name, surname and, in the case of a Prize, also in the scope of correspondence address, e-mail address and telephone contact during the entire duration of the Competition, for the purpose of running the Competition (e.g. implementation of the Competition, delivery and claiming the prize).
  8. Final provisions
     By participating in the Competition, each competitor also confirms that he/she has been informed that Facebook has no obligations towards the competitor and that no such obligations arise from Facebook's participation in the Competition.
    The Contest Promoter declares that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Facebook and is not otherwise associated with Facebook. In case of any doubts about the fulfillment of the rules of the Competition, the Organizer will decide on the next procedure, which at the same time reserves the right to change this Statute and/or the conditions of the Competition after its announcement.
